Hilltop Studio is owned and operated by Jim and Carol Hill, and was started in 1986. Jim is a member of Professional Photographers of America, Delaware Professional Photographers, and a charter member of Professional Photographers Association of Southern Delaware. He holds the Certified Professional Photographer degree, Fellow of Photography degree, and the Associate Fellow of Photography degree. Jim was named Delaware Professional Photographers Portrait Photographer of the Year for 2005 and 2007. He was the Runner Up for the title in 1999, and 2006. He is also runner up Wedding Photographer of the Year for 2007.
